Life can be tricky, but here are seven truths to make it better:

1. Make peace with your past, so it doesn’t spoil your present

Dwelling on past mistakes, regrets, or negative experiences can prevent you from fully enjoying and being present in your current moment. It’s important to acknowledge your past, learn from it, and then let go of any lingering negative emotions that might be holding you back.

2. What others think of you is none of your business

You cannot control how others perceive you or what they think about you. Focusing on their opinions can be detrimental to your self-esteem and authenticity. Instead, focus on staying true to yourself and your values, regardless of external judgments.

3. Time heals almost everything, give the time some time

Many emotional wounds and challenges tend to become less painful or significant over time. While some scars may never completely fade, the passage of time can provide new perspectives, understanding, and emotional healing. Patience is key in allowing this natural healing process to unfold.

4. No one is the reason for your happiness, except you yourself

Your happiness should not be solely reliant on others or external circumstances. While people and experiences can contribute to your happiness, true and lasting happiness comes from within. Taking responsibility for your own happiness empowers you to find joy regardless of external factors.

5. Don’t compare your life with others, You have no idea what their journey is all about:

Comparing yourself to others can lead to feelings of inadequacy, jealousy, and dissatisfaction. Everyone’s life journey is unique, and people often face challenges, successes, and experiences that aren’t visible on the surface. Focusing on your own path and growth is more fulfilling than trying to match someone else’s journey.

6. Stop Thinking too much, it’s alright to not know all the answers

Overthinking can lead to anxiety and indecision. It’s okay not to have all the answers, and it’s important to accept that uncertainty is a natural part of life. Embrace the learning process, seek information when needed, and give yourself permission to take steps even without complete certainty.

7. Smile, you don’t own all the problems in the world

It’s easy to get caught up in personal challenges and feel overwhelmed. Remember that everyone faces difficulties, and you are not solely responsible for solving all the problems in the world. Taking breaks, finding joy in the little things, and maintaining a positive outlook can help you navigate life’s challenges more effectively.

I hope this helped :)
